Bodies are a rare find. Homeless communities deal with problems internally so rather than an eviction notice you get a fire. When someone turns up dead it’s usually the same as any other murder... two people with some real issues between them. The big difference is police can’t really intervene, it’s frowned upon to talk to anyone about problems outside the community. Refer to the main reason people get their stuff burned if you wonder why they won’t talk.
