That's Heavy Rescue 3. It's used as a crane and is pre-position at all multiple alarm fires in case of a building collapse with firefighters trapped.

I live right at the bottom of the map, right here in cornwall. I love what our fire fighters are capable of and how hard they work to serve our community. But I got to say, house and structer fires are less common here, more RTAs and cats stuck up tress. Here in the UK our fire fighters come to our homes and fit smoke alarms, as well as carbon monoxide alarms, advise on fire safety and fire routes from homes. It's something us cornish people take seriously!!
