There are so many issues emanating from this case. Firstly, Fred has put himself in alot of mess by taking his girlfriend to the Uk when he his still married by law to a uk citizen. Secondly, sending the son with his girlfriend putting her as the mother at the airport documentation which means there was a plan he had or something going on in his marriage that is not yet clear. Thirdly, he waited for four whole years before he thought it wise to come down to Nigeria to claim his child which indicates neglect. Fourthly, he never sent money for upkeep. If this matter gets yo the UK, because a child is involved both Fred and Dorcas will suffer for it. She's not holding the child as a hostage. When the woman left from the u.k, she drove them to the airport. The child addresses her as mum, she has cared and looked after him for four years. He assisted this woman in taken the child as hostage if that's the case. The man looks smart but not smart. He is in deep mess as well. He used the lady and tried to dump her. This guy was the one that drove the Lady and child to the airport to come to Nigeria, according to him, for holidays but never came back to take his son all after the holidays.
