Kollur is good extension for IT park near to Gachibowli. But donno State Govt making big plans on Maheswaram side, And Central govt making Super city at Zaheerabad side. Only plans as of now.

RR 7 is not going through kondakal. It is deviating from Rly gate (kondakal) and going to join Narsingi Shankarpally road. Please correct it.

As per 2030 HMDA master plan, it is a 30m road and supposed to go via kondakal to sankarpally.

Already RR7 extension works resumed towards left connecting near ICFAI. No progress toward right i.e track side

​@naWIN reddy yes andi. It's because hmda planning to auction 120 Acres layout, that's why planning ICFAI side. Towards railway line kondakal bypass they may not take up now.

Yes ..that’s why RR7 extension is happening..all roads are in full swing around 640 acres project ..and u can expect after elections only ..finally there is no land bank availability in Kokapet sez or FD or hi tech city surrounding for new it companies..

Kondakal is good...nandigama and bhanur no increase in prices from 4 years.....kondakal like Mokila has class crowd....bhanur and nandigama lower middle class buyers
