Yes Mahitabkhan guda is the junction of four 100feet roads leads to Shankarpally, Sangareddy, Vikarabad and Mominpet. Moreover proposed RRR is going from Mahitabkhan guda. In this way Mahitabkhan guda is well connected to city and prominent towns like Sangareddy, Vikarabad and Mominpet. In the same way on South side Mansanpally is also junction of four 100feet roads it is in HMDA limit and it is under multipurpose zone near by commercial and R1zones. This area is very near to international airport.

My question is - With GO111 being lifted or at least on the cards, there will lot of land available before Mokila and shankarpally itself. Also there is plan to revise the master plan. The conservation zones can turn out to be residential. If that is the case, dont you think areas beyond shankarpally will be quite far and not suitable for investment? It takes almost a generation to reap good benefits in these areas if GO111 is lifted... my take

Hey Karan, did you see that there are no conservative zones on the other side of cities. Expanding to west is due to Mumbai Freeway. But as you go west you will no more have Hyderabad here in center it will be shifted to mMaharashtra.

Hello, why people go beyond shankarpalli instead of South side of Hyderabad i.e maheswaram, Nagaram and mansanpalli which has huge residential zone as per hmda and easy access to IT corridor via ORR. As per hmda, this South side has very good connectivity i.e lot of 100 and 150 ft roads.
