1 sachet (7g) fast action yeast
800g plain white flour
2 tsp salt
50g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (+ a little extra)
For the Topping:
4 onions, peeled
4 large ripe tomatoes
Red bell pepper
Green bell pepper
fresh parsley, very finely chopped 6 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin
11/4 tsp paprika
A little tomato puree
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Itsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
About 500g of 20% fat minced meat
