Ingredients for Fish
1. 2.5 Kg Fish
2. 2 Tbsp Salt
3. 1 Tsp Chilli powder
4. 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
5. 1.5 Tbsp Coriander powder
6. 1.5 Tbsp Cumin powder
7. 1 Tbsp Ajwain
8. 4 Tbsp Baisan
9. 1 Cup Flour
10. 1/4 Cornflour
11. 3 Tbsp Vinegar
Directions for making Lahore Fish Fry
1. Add the above mentioned spices for the fish masala in to a bowl followed by fish cut into desired shape.
2.Let the fish marinate in the fridge for 30-60 minutes so fish can absorb the spices
3. Fry the fish by first adding it to the batter and then frying in hot oil
4. Cook until golden brown and serve with chutney of desired choice.
