There was this girl who I was friends with in 1st grade, she was the first friend I ever made. We lost touch after I transferred to a different but we got back in touch after I lost my brother to a drug overdose when I was 25. She was just there for me and I found myself falling in love with her and she was the first girl I ever kissed, you never forget your first one. I thought she was gonna become my girlfriend until a couple years later she told me she was seeing someone else. It was the first time I ever felt my heart break from anything love related and it was the second worst thing that ever happened to me. It’s why I love and relate so much to this song.
