300g pork
2 packs gabi leaves (taro)
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 thumbs size ginger
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp hibe powder
4 cups coconut milk
2 1/2 cups coconut cream
green & chili
salt & pepper to taste
