Hello Sir, I usually wont watch KZbin videos much but your videos are out off box. The content which you bring is very useful mainly for middleclass people like me. I take this opportunity to share my experience . In my family some of my relatives were in government job, so they forced me to write KPSC , FDA/SDA best thing i did is i was in private job along with that I was preparing . Exam was not cleared because i knew the preparation i did was not to the mark. Once i was talking about government job in office one of my senior told me directly that its all about bribe bcz my senior after his engineering he wrote exam for 6 years without doing any job . He was like if you are capable to score and get around top 30 then go head otherwise its better not attend exam. Because remaining 70% is full of bribe . They do dummy candidate like bribe given candidate to get into job replacing the 70% merit people like merit guy name is replaced with bribe candidate. So its my advice to competitive aspirant is that don't waste your time on preparing totally for government job . Do other job along with that prepare for government job so you will be in safer side .

I tried for kptcl/kpcl from last 6 yrs 1st attempt 2017 failed, 2nd time 2018 exam cancelled due to a scam , 3rd time 2020 exam cancelled due to covid, 4th time 2022 I got 446th rank but unfortunately I belongs to GM & I couldn't made it to the final list. But luckily I had some editing skills so in between I worked as graphic & web designer. After my 4th attempt I learnt web development skills. Now I'm working in a Pvt company. Even though my salary is low due to the gaps I had, I never regret my past decisions.

Time has changed I too work in govt sector. In a good designation but work load is more now a days it’s not like those old days sitting n bunking the office. Younger n courageous officer crack UPSC n KPSC no doubt it’s a good for nation building, due to stick administration n political pressure every one work under pressure. N office timing is not from 10-<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="300">5:00</a> same department like revenue, sale tax , excise work till 9 n when election announcement is done we forget our house n family.. inspite of that listening to high level vargal language from senior as well as from public it’s hard for employees to work as there is no proper training program n proper guidelines but I see many younger staff including me who have completed MBA n same of my colleagues who have completed engeenering we will be discussing like it would be better if we would have joined IT sector or went to abroad .. because even if we do work from bottom of our heart but still people will hate us .. as they think every single thing runs on bribe .. even if I buy bike on loan some people ask .. table kelge tugondirabeku. Last one when it’s came to payment 30k-40k payment in metro cities .. as my experience I can’t afford cars loan , home loan , children fees . Weekend outside dinner with family also I think twice .. As my point of view Youngsters if you have good skills .. there are many other field which provide higher salary n good lifestyle govt job is not the only thing ..

Don't trust KPSC and Govt.. Selection process is very lengthy... Finally u will lose ur patience... Age is going on..
