Was there today. Guess I picked a bad couple spots. It was a bust. I fished off the dock and then that little cove just right of the boat launch.

Right now it is pretty hot out. So the fish are probably deep. If I were to go now I would find deep areas and just use powerbait or nightcrawlers.

I like kastmasters at this lake. Bait nightcrawlers, rainbow seem to work well. I usually use a variety of jigs also.

I haven't been back out to Amador but I believe they are still stocking. I saw it on their Facebook they stocked last week.
