Qualifying rounds at the Favorite Fishing Stage Five of the Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour. Ended Day 1 in 8th place with a total of 23lbs. 12 oz. and wrapped up Day 2 in 19th place with an additional 17 lbs. 3 oz, sending me into the Knockout Round!

How long are your leaders when skipping docks like that? I’d imagine you’d tear up a lot of line doing that and I couldn’t stand to tie new leaders multiple times a day.

Typically 6 or 7 feet. Not as long as open water leaders. I was using 10lb trilene 100% fluorocarbon

Hell I fished lake Guntersville with Derek Remitz two timeses. He’s a nice guy but we just couldn’t get on the fish.
