Thanks for sharing your fishing trips showing all the lakes around South Carolina available for us kayak fishermen to explore. One of my favorite channels on KZbin. 👍🏼

One of your favorites? I appreciate the compliment, but I’m not going to rest until I am your single favorite channel on KZbin.

They’re quite small, but one of the headstones I showed in the video read that the guy died “by the the fall of a tree.” You don’t see that often.

I love all of these small lakes that don’t allow gas motors. It’s amazing just how calming it can be without the outboards.

This is where I went back in November when the kayak flew off the car onto the interstate. It's an awesome park and the fishing is decent. The gift shop there has some cool merch too.

Just outside of the park is a free public lake, Lake Johnson, which is pretty fun as well.

I think you need to do a Subscriber/Viewer Tackle Test deal in addition to your Tackle Round-Up, get a P.O. Box and let us send tackle... just a thought.

That’s an interesting idea. I don’t think I have enough of a subscriber base at the moment to make it work, but that’s something to consider if the channel ever takes off. That’d make for some fun content for sure!

Hey man, I heard Deep Purples' Highway Star in the background, good thing YT won't demonetize you for that one....HAHA
@abidefishing
@abidefishing 3 жыл бұрын
YT has copyright flags on nearly all of my videos because of the tunes I listen to on the water, so this wouldn’t be the first. But more importantly, my little channel isn’t big enough to be eligible for monetization anyway, so no harm no foul.

Una pregunta, se puede bañar uno en ese lago? O solo es para ir a caminar y pescar? One question, can one bathe in that lake? Or is it just to go hiking and fishing?
@abidefishing
@abidefishing 3 жыл бұрын
You can find more information on their website ( southcarolinaparks.com/croft ), but I do not believe bathing or swimming is allowed. They do have camp sites and a bath house that includes hot showers.

Can I put a bass boat in there?
@abidefishing
@abidefishing 3 жыл бұрын
Yes and no. You can put it in, but you can't use the outboard. You'd have to troll around with your electric. And word of caution: that ramp is pretty darn steep.
@ninnomarks3870
@ninnomarks3870 3 жыл бұрын
@@abidefishing I seen the ramp and it is steep and it’s also tuff cause it’s to shallow to tie up so I have to use power poles
