Just came across your channel. I think one think you don’t have that other agents do is the price in the description. It will help I’m sure. That’s usually the first thing we look for. We skip and skim through transcripts and description all while missing the first few minutes looking for the price thus not really paying attention. I just think it will help both sides! Howdy Alabama Land Person. Ya keep popping up. All the property you have shown on my screen here so far is not more than an hour and a half drive at best. I guess I've seen this house from the water more than once. Anyway I really like your video work and your presentation is perfect. Having all the fun seeing how de rich folk do it. If I had moolah I'd snap up (would have snapped up) this piece of property in a heartbeat. Somebody made out like a bandit. Carry on. Great work!

I know this is an older comment, but yeah, taxes are very reasonable in Alabama. The thing is, taxes were around $2300 at the time it was listed because it was tax assessed for around $72,700, BUT, the last time the property was sold was in 2008 for $255,000. and they built the house in 2010, not sure what it cost to build the house, and in July 2022 it sold for around $1.3 million. So I'm not sure what the taxes will end up being after the county reassesses it. But either way, places in Alabama have cheaper property taxes than many other places.
