The home is unbelievably beautiful. The natural light outside, brigthens the whole house. Which is convenient and save energy. The view of the lake is outstanding. I cant believe the owner of this house is selling it. This is an ideal property for someone who is a celebrity or model. the lake, the pool house and the way how the house was design and the privacy it gives to the owner. Its whole property is so stunning.

it is a beautiful designed house however its kinda pointless mentioning the current owners furnishings as a buyer has to try imagine empty rooms without furniture......personally id want the walls redecorated as the colours may match current owners furnishings but not the buyers.........the decorating bill would be very very expensive so id be knocking that off the asking price.........some of the exterior space needs remodelled too as some is awful looking and doesnt match he house itself............if its $850k as suggested then this house is worth it............something similar in UK would be over 1 million pounds sterling.........id knock price down to $750k as id need 100k to make changes before i could live there.

In some respect it’s like an English home however, it has the added advantage of the lake and land which is a problem in the United Kingdom as there’s simply not enough land. I’m tempted to say that despite being born in a house not that dissimilar it’s just too formal for my taste now. I’m down to my last four chandeliers which are truly a nightmare to clean. As is, this house needs staff to help with the upkeep both inside and out. Depending on whether you have children you will be spending the majority of your time just cleaning and maintaining a property with so much furniture and antiques etc. I’m going to have to say I’ve been there and done that before. Now I want a good size home for relaxation and entertaining on occasions with far less formality. It’s a superb house but I understand completely why it’s taken so long to sell. The age of the aristocracy is gone and now comfort is the main requirement. Even HRH Queen Elizabeth II has had enough of life in her Palaces and has left Buckingham Palace for good. Whilst living in Windsor Castle might not feel like there’s a difference it really is completely different. She loves her homes at Sandringham and Scotland because she loves the land they afford. I digress. Unless you need to entertain to impress people this house needs a rethink in my opinion. I’m sure this is reflected in the price. It’s the land & lake that has so much appeal and it’s a good size home awaiting a rethink or a psychological review 😉 Cheers Brad 🥂
