Lake of the Woods Ice Bath

This past winter I was on a fishing trip to Ontario Canada and we had the ability to do an ice bath into Lake of the Woods. This was something I always wanted to do and it definitely was a shock to the system.
What we did was sit in a sauna and then walked down to the lake to get into the 36 degree Fahrenheit water which was warmer than the 23 degree Fahrenheit air at that time which was weird! We ended up doing this twice and would highly recommend giving it a shot.
Also in case you were wondering we did catch lake trout and some walleye!
