New idea: start saving all the gps coordinates of the tow jobs and import them to google maps and make a graphic of where all you've been.

That would have been awesome if he had done that. It would be sort of an interactive thing for the fans to go on Google maps and see just how remote some of these vehicles are stuck, like Ed's golden nugget for example. I think Sand Hollow would be a big, glob of red pins, lol.

Here in Australia we had a bad drought for 5 years but now it hasn't stopped raining for 12months and we are flooding. Its just the natural cycle things will get better eventually
@DonAshcraft2 жыл бұрын
@@fatplumber3887 I saw that flooding in Australia! And the year before it was unprecedented fires! I hope you and your family are all okay. I live in Colorado. This is the only state in America where all water only flows out and none flows into the state. It doesn't come from rain it comes from snow. Lake Powell in the video is fed by the Colorado River and it's tributaries in Wyoming all from snowpack in the Rocky mountains. According to the Colorado Climate Center, Colorado endured five significant dry periods prior to the twenty-first century: 1893-1905, 1931-1941, 1951-1957, 1963-1965, and 1975-1978. Since the turn of the century, Colorado has experienced several years of severe drought. In fact, 2002, 2012, 2018, and 2020 were some of the driest on record. What we're going through now is unheard of in historical records. And most unfortunately Arizona Nevada California and all the other states that get Colorado water the legal allocation was made during one of the wettest period in history. Now there's a lot of legal fighting on who's *not going to get water. I climbed a lot of mountains in Colorado in the 1980s and 1990s. Many of the routes went up glaciers and annual snow fields that never melted. They're all gone now. All of them.

That is the reason I think Matt will be very busy... Also Mesquite Nevada is only a couple hours away and Las Vegas is only a few hours away. You can do pretty much 75 mph on the 15 except for the Virgin River Gorge which is about 30 miles long. 30 years of not enough rain, pumping too much ground water, and poor water management practices. To put it another way, they need 20 feet of rain just to get out of danger, and another 20 to get back to what it used to be. Now imagine the first 20 feet fell over a year, that's close to 2 feet a month (rainforests don't get that much). Utah needs to stop developing along with the rest of the West/Southwest.

He's shown he does a lot of them for free. I'd bet he does them all for free nowadays as the KZbin channel pays for everything.

I love that he enunciated "deuce" at the end. I used to be so confused by that song.

Jester--ikr This is honestly the first time I heard it sung with that word.

Awesome looking rock lights. Where'd you get them? So much light under the Morvair it looks like more than four!

The Morvair reminds me of a hot wheels car I once had when I was a little guy. It makes me smile.

What prompted you to start using ramps to load/unload the Morrvare?

Was wondering the same thing. Seemed to be working pretty slick without them cuz of those big tires...

@@toddr1124 The trailer had springs before...so the arse end of the trailer autmatically lowered as the Morrvair got off or got on the trailer. Now with no suspension...it's higher step both ways....
@toddr11242 жыл бұрын
@@JohnSmith-yv6eq I think you're thinking of the offroad recovery trailer - he hard mounted the axles on that one. This is the bigger flatbed. You can see the suspension squatting around the 2:38 mark when they're unloading.

Yay, Gunlock is one of our favorite places to go! What happened to not letting the customer drive as they are getting recovered? I thought insurance said it had to be a team member? 🤔

Yes seems like that's generally a way to have better control of the situation when possible, but not actually a requirement. He never knows what kind of yahoos he's dealing with
