I like this one after work. Bring a headlamp, watch the sun set, and finish it in the dark. Cuts down on the crowds haha. :D

Is there a shoe you find works well on slippery surfaces like wet rock and roots? I noticed you guys were zipping along even though it looked really wet. I run in Speedcross 3s and they suck on slippery surfaces.

oddly for me...I did not enjoy this hike/jog so fun...but it was ok---difficult to run down but some young lady went flying by me running all the way down-very impressive-BV Falls was impressive but people have died there and not sure where there are signs to Stop-Danger...seemed sketchy to me a bit-guess I am getting older but the alternative is worse-I think...lol
