I feel ya on the dipping and sugar substitute. I gave up dipping when my son was born 10 years ago and I started drinking Coke's and just other soft drinks like crazy. Which was probably just as bad for me. Eventually it all subsided.

Eagle is fishing tough this time of year you ever want to do good out there. Check out a local that has a KZbin channel. Clinton Bruning… he fished EM more than anybody I know and his folks have a place on the lake. I’m just saying he can clue you in on what’s working out there if you decide to go again I’ve caught them in that same bunch of structure off that point really well with 10 inch worms on a Carolina rig
