It’s so beautiful, looks like a village on its own. These shots made my imagination run, I already pictured people living in that place. Obviously this place is for a person who likes what he sees and can invest in renovating.

Yes you're right, with all of the smaller structures within the castle walls it's like a small village. This is the type of place we'd love to see being purchased by one of the many groups who stage medieval events and battles. While the views are stunning, the castle itself appears to be substantially in ruins and would likely require a significant investment in order to make any part of it habitable. Because of its age there will likely be legal restrictions on any kind of development or restoration work that may be contemplated. I would caution anyone looking at the property to hire a lawyer and be very careful to exercise due diligence. When contemplating the likely limitations and expenses involved, I think the asking price is rather high.

As stated its real value is in the land as to restore parts of the castle to be living space and make the rest structurally safe is a massive undertaking. Not including the archological costs. Looking at many millions of work on top if cost of buying. I would say the seller will be lucky to get 500k euro.

It's beautiful but restoration will have cost not less than one-one fifty hundred MILLIONS of US DOLLARS. Just because you need bricks of 8-12 century to restore this. And if you will be able to find the necessary quantity it's will be cost like 50 USD each. Plus your workers must work according to the technologies that century this castle was built. The better thing you can do with this castle - leave it as is. Also, you have to get permission from the authorities for each step of restoration. It's will take all eternity.
