Yes. I do appreciate that she doesn't have all of the expensive wood shop tools that a lot of others have. I giggle when they bust out the wood planer, table saws, expensive jigs, routers, and tons of "extra" wood. They are interesting to watch but I understand that I could never afford to have a wood shop.

I really like the way that you explain each step and that you treat the undersides and drawer insides as nicely as you do the visible surfaces. Everything gets primer and enough coats at each step to keep the piece looking good for a very long time. I love the way they turned out. Perfect for a beach cottage.

Wow! I’ve had that retique product in my cart for 2 years but the only videos on how to use it are from the manufacturer that i could find. I’ve never been a fan of the graining tools but you may have changed my mind. What a difference the extra coats of gel stain made in toning it down. I think this is the first time I’ve seen you use it but the container wasn’t new! Thanks for the new inspo!

I can’t believe it! I’m not a fan of blue, country decor, or faux finishes. BUT, gosh these turned out really pretty. 🤭 You do such an impeccable job remaking things that they look really high quality. I know not everyone wants to be on camera, but it would have been so much fun to just hear your friend’s (in the background maybe?) reaction to these really sweet tables for her cottage.
