Looks like the lakers success as of late has just been luck rather than skill in the GM department. Lebron came gift wrapped cause he wanted to be in LA. That then attracted Anthony Davis who wanted to play with Lebron. Fast forward to now, a good coach for LA might be rajon rondo. I heard Paul Pierce say Rondo has a very high basketball IQ. Bring in playoff Rondo. In fact never mind. I want Pop to retire and bring in Rondo to coach the Spurs.

@@MannyTwicewhy would Bron want himself as coach? He'd have nobody to blame when the team inevitably flames out in the playoffs.

I truly believe JJ will one day be a very good coach. The downside is we will fire him after 2 years, kind before he’s able to develop into a good coach

Why hasn't anyone hired his since? What's it been 7 years. In 7 years, you'd think someone would hire him to do something in the NBA. They haven't.

The Lakers should recruit Shane Battier as an Assistant Coach. He would be a brilliant defensive coordinator. But they need some young, athletic wings from Dallas or Minnesota more…
