I’ve been telling people for a while now that LeBron is going to eventually have to go into his MJ/Kobe turn around/mid range bag. I think this is something that he’s worked on a lot before, but now it’s apart of his every day because he knows he’s going to have to use them more often. MJ and Kobe (RIP) did the same thing.M, they just did it earlier because they lost some of their athleticism faster than LeBron. LeBron has always had his. Even last year before his injury, he was flying all over the place. He’ll get close that this year as he gets his conditioning back. Until then, he’ll go into his bag more than he’s had to in the past. For the haters: the dude is human. As much as he works out he still has to get in game shape. That takes longer the older you get. I used to hoop every single day, some times two or three times a day. I’m getting back to playing at least once a day though. It’s hard staying away from the game. I love it.

@@blackdeku8917 LeBron's definitely slowed down over the years but he's still such a physical freak compared to the rest of the league and he's expanding not only his bag but his IQ so he's been able to compensate quite well and maintain such an elite level of player even after all this time. And, of course, he can still hit those crazy athletic dunk highlights that we all expect every game.

lebron is still rusty. he needs to lose 10 pounds. you can see he is gasping barely running 3 up n down of the court.you must be able to do 10 without missing a beat. though nfl is not like nba but brady is ridiculously fit. you can tell he has not done much work in the off-seaons in terms of cardio. he has basically gone to condition since training camp. so this whole pre-season he is just getting up. And it will take at least 10 more games to see lebron functioning fully season fit. in fact WB looks quite fit and he does not need that much time. he will be rearing to go after first 3 season games. Davis might need 5 as he is showing purpose. so stutter starts is not ruled out. they are gonna lose all preseason games anyway.
@petershen79493 жыл бұрын
Also it didn't necessarily show everything. You don't know how many he did before that and you really don't know his work out before that. I find it extremely unlikely that we would be slumped after running the length of the court 3 times. He was already dripping in sweat.

@@jeffreymoses7131 he was huffing and puffing and you see he had just started barely working out.if you know about fitness you can tell. it is called body-language. i can see from a mile if you eff it up. and having seen lebron all these years, you can tell he has got plumpy lately. i dont know what rob pelinka saw. covid weight as it is hard to go out and run. he is rarely out of breath. so needs two more weeks work at least. ---------------- in 2018 he was thick but still balled. but now he is older so you got to keep that pulp down: manu jinboli, duncan. rodman, n pippen at his age were chiselled. tiger woods was quite good near 40! ------------------ normally they dont run around the track. 400 meters track and 3 rounds is the ultimate. you must run non stop and see how you knock down all that chub! --- that is why i said 10 rounds of that basketball court. now in NFL there is natural run as it is outside.And nfl practice are harsher! but they get burnt out quick barring quarter-backs perhaps who are on n off on the court! --- STILL BETTER EXAMPLES: ROGER FEDERER IS 39 AND SEE HOW FIT HE IS. DJOKO IS TREMENDOUS THOUGH MUCH YOUNGER. NOT AN OUNCE OF FAT IN THEIR BODY. WHY? THEY RUN AROUND A LOT! --- honestly he is looking more like a post player than a full court player.
