This will be the future of the lakers roster, I'm excited to see how this season turns out for us, Although I dont think we will make playoffs this season but it will be a huge improvement from last year and it will continue to improve these guys will pickup good chemistry and develop well, I say in 2 years we will be a contender team.

Damn, Upshaw looks huge out there at like 1:22. I hope he remains clean and doesn't go all Larmar on us once he starts being successful. With more consistent effort and better fundamentals he could be a beast down low both offensively and defensively though I don't see him ever getting much better at mid range/free throws (Let Hackashaw begin). But with Randell, Russell, and Upshaw, and a bit of Nance and Clarkson as well, I've never been this excited to see a summer league kick off game. We'll find out soon if that excitement is justified or not.
