The ruin does not mean anything, you have to ask the City if you get the permission to build there and also if it is possible to build up the ruin and can life in there. Any other infos are a lie

For all properties, can you include a GPS diagram and property statistics showing highest/lowest elevation and NEWS orientation (for solar generation), prevailing winds for each season, stats like square meters, rated/permitted property usage, rental cabins/cottages permitted for seasonal rental besides year round primary residence allowed on property, wells, bodies of water, agricultural stats and distance to local amenities like grocery, shopping, electrical hookup, septic, internet etc etc. The issue is having enough information to then decide to do in person viewing of the property. I love your videos, but most channels do not give even basic statistics to make an informed decision, even GPS coordinates of the four corners of the properties etc.

I think if someone watches the video and decides they like a property the next step should be to email me and ask any questions rather than making a video that goes so in depth to every possible question someone might have. After that I can either answer them myself or point people in the right direction of someone who can, a few of the things you asked for there would require paying a professional to provide documents with everything explained as to Portuguese law and legislation, the videos are just a basic overall of the properties, if interest is sparked of course questions can be answered.

@@StephenLight-x-World it’s an issue of time, keeping up with the real estate modernization. Besides the time required to travel to Portugal just to look is a waste of time and money. Realtors in Canada and US provide pdf specs on properties with relevant information about the properties they listed, so providing basic information about the property makes for quicker sales and turnaround. I don’t know the laws of Portugal but even those basics regulations should be provided on request, so potential customers like me can make an informed decision. Many realtors with the exception of the EU apparently provide gps coordinates so anyone interested can at least check property orientation, elevation, road access and local amenities. There is a need for full disclosure of relevant details if local realtors are actually interested to sell property. I just spent a month looking at videos, taking notes, googling and never finding any useful determining info on showcased properties… and this disinterest from realtors to Actually provide info seems disinterested and disingenuous. A personal site visit should be to verify the land and potential with intent to buy… not peruse vacation for a tax write off.
