This looks like a quiet town. Exactly what I'm looking for when I eventually retire. I hope it's still that way (And stays that way).

I sure wish I could add a "Private" comment, because I also, was raised in Lakeside. In fact, I know your family. Your grandmother and I were fellow employees at what was once called Winchester Bay Seafoods (renamed several times). Her two sons, Brad (a year or two younger than me) and Marvin (a little older than me) were friends. I'm Robert (Bob) and my youngest brother, Richard, now lives at the east end of Jacobson Way, our family home since 1955 plus or minus a year.
