perhaps the PBX could be portable box? Didnt think their was a lakewood branded version of that design. I will never get why we havent moved on from shaded pole motors.

I would assume pbx would be personal box fan without the fan.

PBX is Personal Branch eXchange. OEM is probably KH, or Kuo Horng.
