13:45. I personally view it this way: although he is stoic, taciturn, isolative, and even outright unfriendly, hints of the kind person he used to be are visible beneath the cold facade. He comes across as someone who, because of past trauma, has become vigilant and distrustful. However, in less guarded moments, you can still detect, in his voice, the softness and gentleness of his old self.

There's one joke they cut out. When Ehwa and Wangnan were trying to get Viole to pick them, Wangnan asks why she would ever be picked when she burns her teammates. In the webtoon, Ehwa didn't know how to reply so just yelled that she had bigger boobs than him hence anyone would pick her over him. Wangnan yells he has big assets too and starts unzipping his pants to prove it before everyone stops him.

He never said what the game was, he said what the outcome would be according to the results of the game based on winning or losing. He didn't say what the game was or whether 25th Bam would even survive whatever the game turns out to be. If 25th Bam ends up dying in the game, well then the #2 test taker would become the #1 test taker and select the other 7 members...thus 25th Bam can be dealt with as a FUG, the enemies of the tower. Remember in the first season, they established that the administrators and proctors are tasked with weeding out threats to the tower, not with finding qualified candidates to climb the tower.

Threats would be an irregular. A normal regular, be it a slayer candidate or not is not a threat to the tower . This has nothing to do with dealing with threats, it's just love letting his personal feelings get in the way since he hates FUG because of how they affected his "background" (spoiler territory)

@Gee-bg2rv the point was that they still don't care about who actually climbs the tower or not, so trying to make 25th Bam follow the rules was never a concern...as Larah thinks it is and is confused about what Love was meaning about "FUG will be dealt with" and how that contradicts trying to get 25th Bam to operate under the rules.
