I don't mean to intrude with unasked for medical advice please do not let anyone push your knees backwards like when your legs were pushed up towards you! I immediately noticed that your knees are hypermobile, meaning they bend backwards further than they should, and purposefully pushing them back if you have a hypermobile joint can injure you over time! Please do some research on this for yourself. 15% of the global population have at least a few hypermobile joints, and overextending your joints purposefully will weaken your ligaments and tendons over time. I personally have a genetic disease called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome that causes all the joints in my body to be hypermobile which is how I could spot that your knees were hypermobile. Just please be careful!
