I have veen trying that thing about focusing, and it works. Gradually, the mental changes. It is less focused on small mental things. I am less soaked in my own juices, as she says. 😂 I reached the point when I did not believe in any things I believed in before. I suddenly saw them as mere clusters, nothing real... Very unsettling
