Letting go of our attachments of the created illusions of our 5 senses and material thoughts of our mind and awakened to our true nature of the true origin is the right step realising the Buddha nature in this Soha world. Namo Buddhaya, Namo Amitabhaya 🙏🙏🙏

🙏Thank you for your wisdom. A monk I study under who practices and teaches a broader Zen leaning Mahayana philosophy told me to practice "Open Awareness" rather than to continue to try to rationalize the Buddha Nature through logic. Or perhaps he meant in order to cultivate it now that I have some idea of what it is. Where logic led me though, I feel, was a breakthrough. The Buddha-nature is precisely what you said, the closest comparison to Atman. I questioned how we would die and not experience the next life until I understood what the Skandhas were referring to. I was thinking of the empty energy that gives us the pure consciousness so that we experience life through each new body, going beyond ego and self. This energy of consciousness isn't a personality, it doesn't sense on its own, it simply connects to each of our lives and lives within each. When I looked into some proposed answers about this, the goal would be to fan the spark that is Buddha nature within us into a flame or cultivate it to expand into perfect enlightenment. I feel like you confirmed what I suspected, Anatta does not mean death of every aspect of oneself, just the impermanence of the skandhas. Namo Buddhaya 🙏 Namo Amitabhaya🙏

I would like to see more philosophical content regarding Mahayana, most of the mahayana buddhists are just focusing on praying eventhough it is rich in philosophy. Compared with Theravada school, philosophical discussions are very rare.

Namo amitabha buddha I had a question that due to his karma a pearson had doubts on amitabha buddha and he is doing some good deeds every day and reciting namo amitabha buddha (but with some doubts) so will amitabha buddha give him immeasurable merits and blessing and will he believe in amitabha buddha automatically in the future as he is constantly doing good deeds (atleast 1 ) per day ??

Most likely if he has good enough karma then he will believe in Amitabha Buddha in the future, if not but if he still recites the name of Amituofo at the end of death despite with some doubts, he will be reborn in the Borderland of Doubt (also in the Pure Land but he can’t see the Buddha due to his doubts), and there he will eliminate all his doubts after some time and eventually he will be born in the Pure Land (as per the Infinite Life Sutra) 🙏 Amituofo

Allah is Buddha nature? 🤔
@respectandcherishnature68869 ай бұрын
Sure, you can call it like that if you like, but do not be attached to the name "Allah". The true nature of reality is more like a "sea of Infinite potential energy", from it every phenomenon arises and passes into, like words in a book which can be written as different stories. There is an infinite potential for phenomena to arise from this "Buddha nature". This is why Muslims tell us that Allah should not be drawn or given any form to, but they do so out of fear, not just respect. This is not how you should perceive emptiness, like some sort of deity or fear. Emptiness has no actual form, but all forms come from it. It neither increases nor decreases and no concept can be really attached to it, not even a "sea of Infinite energy". It just is, always was, always will be. From it, infinite number of universes, stars, planets, trees, cats, aliens, rocks etc. can arise. But ultimately, they are not real, more like a dream. Yet this uncatchable "reality", with "no birth and death" is actually more real than any phenomena. Emptiness also has no attributes attached to it, so we should not be attached to the concept of it being some "all knowing, all powerful god" although if you reach Nirvana, there is really a possibility for the living being to know everything there is, since "emptiness" is connected to all phenomena in nature. It's more like a film set, which is ultimately real as it can produce an infinite number of films and the actual drama of life is the movie itself, which we know isn't real. It is real of course, but ultimately not. 😊😊😊 This is the beauty of Buddhist philosophy.
