This weekend we share another Argentine barbecue in Canada with you - this time a lamb roast! As it is now winter, originally, the idea was to make a roast in the snow, but the snow turned into rain, so we had to adapt the plan. It was there that we came up with a barbecue at home. We lit the fire, put the grill inside, and voila, a barbecue in the fireplace! For this roast we buy lamb chops and boneless lamb leg, and marinate everything with lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. We also put two types of sausages on the grill: one spicy and one sweet with honey and garlic. Until the roast of lamb was ready we ate a delicious chopped with mortadella, salami, smoked cheese, antipasti, olives and bread. And of course, you could not miss the wine! For this lamb roast, we decided to open two bottles: El Enemigo de Argentina, and Aldonza de España. We hope you enjoy this roast in Canada with us!

Hello everyone! Thank you for watching this video that is part of our "Cooking with Daniel" series, where my father shares stories and cooks typical foods from Argentina and other parts of Latin America.
This series began with the idea of filming the Argentine roasts that we did here at home during the weekends. Rich roast with the classics such as chorizo, beef tenderloin, chorizo beef, empty, strip roast, and entrails ... well, a little of everything! And to always accompany a chopped and some good Argentine wines.
From there we began to cook other Argentine foods such as milanesas, pizzas, pasta, empanadas, stew, locro and more. These are all Argentine foods that you asked us in the comments, so we prepared them with pleasure!
Now we are beginning to experiment with dishes from other Latin American countries. We have already prepared some Peruvian dishes, but tell us what other dishes you want to see. Your suggestions are welcome.
