Mask 1) - 1 egg -1 table spoon curd -1 tablespoon mustard oil Keep for an hour and then wash it off with warm water Mask 2 ) -2 tbsp Aloe vera -1tbsp coconut oil Keep it for an hour then wssh it off Mask 3 ) -1tbsp castor oil -1 tbsp coconut oil Mask 4) Soak 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds overnight (methi dana) Use that soaked seeds and 1 tbsp of coconut milk amd grind it. Then use it.

To jinko migraine ka problem hai vo log agar aise garam natur we hair .ask lagate hain to migraine ho jata hai... Kyunki migraine brain ki veins main heat ya swelling se hota hai. Ab heat ya swelling hobe ke bahot saare reasons ho sakte hain. Jaise indigo powder garam hota hai aur uski smell bhi pungent hoti hai, to us se mujhe bahot zyada migraine ho jata hai Isliye migraine ke patients ko koi bhi chiz use karne ke pehele bahot dhyan rakhna chahiye....
