I'll never understand why lamb videos don't get much more Love on KZbin! Such a fantastic and versatile meat. My favorite "steak" for the last 30 years is lamb loin chops over charcoal.

Very nice and lamb in the weber is always great. Did your trick with brisket and wrapped it in a towel in the esky. Been eating it for 3 days., true best to have the 19 beers before eating the kebabs . Garlic always stops me drinking and it's great for my tightass brother who never brings beers . I always make sure he has plenty of garlic in his food. Saves me a fortune.
