stumbled upon your page when i was going through several videos on panikeke and german buns hehe suddenly so interested in samoan cuisine - y'all know how to EAT GOOD thats for sure! those videos and this one is really inspiring me to explore delicious dishes and giving me confidence to be in the kitchen more often to make things i never thought of before or that i couldn't do. the fish in coconut cream is a great example of something new to me, usually we just boil or fry the cut fish (fresh or sliced) and serve with fresh coconut milk or boil with it - fai'ai aku is showing me another way and equally delicious. i say all this to say THANK YOU for your videos. new subscriber here
