Countach is the forerunner of every super car to date. There are way prettier, sleeker, sportier cars since, but Countach set the standard and everyone else is just trying to match up. Nothing else since has managed to establish such a paradigm like Countach did 30+ years ago. And it did it so perfectly that even today a Countach standing next to a Bugatti/McLaren/Koenigsegg/Pagani/Aventedor et al will still command admiration with regards to pure looks

I just saw Countach on Need for speed game in 90s, it was one of the oldest nfs games and first time I met Lamborghini, it was stunning with lamborghini diablo as well, I am so happy the re designed it and give a new life.

The guys at West Palm Beach Lamborghini were awesome! My son and I visited just to check out the cool cars. The staff was super kind and treated us very well. And yes, they directed to the Countach. Beautiful machine!

Can a poor person do the same ? In other words, if I have a son that would like to see the car, can I even get in the door ? And by "see the car", I mean no touching anything, and by appointment for a quick 10 - 15 minutes at closing or other convenient time. If this is the case, then I have to say this dealership has my repect over others that won't even allow you to enter the building.

It looks just like a Countach, just not the Countach you guys may be referring to with the wide body and large wing. Look up the original 1974-1978 Countach. The one before the wider body and wing.

I grew up with posters of the Murcielago and Gallardo but the Aventador is just next level and Lambo will have a hard time topping its design. As for the new Countach, the design will only be liked by people who understand it's history. I don't think it appeals to 2000s boys.

So let me get this right. The car cannot clear soda can. Paper bag. Leafs get clogged up in the engine intakes. To clear a driveway curb you must stop then raise the suspension. Can't see the front. I used to want one of these like no one's business. until i meet a person that has one. Just too much to go thru.

It doesn't look like the Countach. The original was unique in every line of its silhouette. That's why the car was a real phenomenon in its day. It was unlike anything else. In the new "version" the side air intakes are just disgusting and look just alien. It looks as if they tried to "pull" the design on the platform of another car (Hurricane, for example). The design of the front end is just misleading and looks more like Diablo (especially that version, which was equipped with headlights from Nissan 300sx). Yes, the rear looks much closer to the original, but again does not reproduce the silhouette of its ancestor completely. It still have lots of visually destructive (not complementary) details. In a few words, this car looks detached, foreign. I personally do not see any continuity. I see only marketing and not an successful attempt of "redesign". Monaco Auto Design has perfectly shown how the back part of the new Countach could look like. And I think he's not the only one. But who really in Lamborghini is interested in opinion of people like us? They a literally forgot what the word Countach means.
