Was taste really a factor in buying this vehicle? Don’t think so. There were 300 of them, so yeah …
@swordmonkey66359 ай бұрын
@@fifthbusiness1678 I was talking about the Miura. The LM002 was the only SUV of its kind. That kind of gets lost nowadays in the high end SUV market that we have. It could go 125 mph in the sand and it had a Countach engine. And I don't get your point about 300 being made.
@swordmonkey66358 ай бұрын
@TheRealCatof Knowing to buy a Miura in the early 1980s is a sign of taste and foresight. Same for people buying a Ferrari Daytona in the last 70s and early 80s before the price skyrocketed. Give me an example of a car that's tasteful, but inexpensive. Understand that "taste" is subjective" and "inexpensive" is a moving variable depending on net worth. That's why some cars are universally held as "tasteful" outside of the subject variables. The Miura, SL Gullwing, S Class MB, Rolls Royce, Porsche 911 Carrera or Turbo, Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic etc.
