I have the new Accord that uses a similar climate control, and I have to say that I love that the Auto climate function also controls the heated (and cooled in the Accord) seats. It makes it so that you only ever have to adjust one knob to get comfortable. Hot? Turn the dial up and the car will actually wait for the air to get warm before turning up the fan speed, and then once the cabin is up to temp it will then turn down the fan speed so you’re not getting hot air blown on you when the cabin is already warm. Same for the seats. It starts high and then turns itself down when up to temp. If you just pick a temp number and just trust the car to do the rest, it’s an incredibly easy and well designed experience.

Dec 2024 and Nissan has 12 months of working capital left before they go under. And now the price of this car makes sense because the whole ship was sinking and they are clutching at straws to stay afloat

4:55 you don't have to turn on/off the seat heater, you have to set your temperature on the AC to your desired temperature and it will turn on or off your seat heater when the temperature is achieved.

Correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t “CL” mean coupe now? And of course E means “E class”, I know that’s not ever changed. Leads me to believe that Mercedes dropped the C class coupe completely and that this car IS the E class coupé. It also demands E class money which further makes me believe that.

You CAN'T get a V8 AWD Challenger anymore. Only the V6. My wife has one and it's her daily driver up here in Alaska. Great car. And plenty of power to spare

Just want a nice cruiser with a decent reputation (although, coming from an 07 350 Grand Touring and a 16 R35 Black Edition, I have a thing for Nissan)... plus this car is an automatic. There is a demographic for this vehicle and it speaks to casuals like myself that just want fancy street heat with a Bose sound system and moderate gas mileage.

From what I've read, there is no CVT in the car. It is primarily an EV running off the battery which is being charged by the motor acting as a generator. When additional torque is needed, the motor is direct coupled to the front axle via an automatically-engaged clutch. No transmission at all. The revving is actual revving to make you think there is a transmission. In actuality it's just spinning a generator to charge the battery. It is slightly less efficient but gives you a driving experience that avoids the CVT experience.

Carl Sagan’s wagon was a Volkswagen Squareback… Which would probably be something I would consider for a classic, although my daily driver is a classic 1982 Mercedes W123 wagon. For Sports car I would probably also look for a Miata. If I had to choose a daily driver (from this century) I would probably look at a Volkswagen Golf Sportswagen

Guess what..."the entire rest of the world says zeed" isn't a measure of popular concensus... they didn't get together to agree with you.... it's a display of how crushing the oppression of the British empire was. Everywhere around the world they say "zeed" is a place they didn't speak any English at all until you fucks showed up.

I am absolutely on the side of "everyone's a little bitch" 😂❤ I had a 2004 Ford Transit van (which James should know from home) and even though it had "power steering", the first time I brought it to a repair shop, the mechanic wondered if it has it, then checked the pump and found out everything is as it should be 😅 Believe it or not: Transit vans are, what the CX-50 is: the sporty, driver's version of it's kind. I was always ripping it, had tons of fun and probably quite some work out every day, because the steering communicated ALL the weight pushing and pulling on the front axle! If i ever find one again in good conditions, i'm absolutely predisposed to buy one again 🫠 The outro though 💀😂❤

I'd like to point out one huge bonus with the i-Pace.... People fall over themselves to let you out of junctions and change lanes. I've had mine 5 days and have NEVER had to wait. I get let out immediately! It's like they just want to look at it for as long as possible
