colonthree even if you have pole it’s not your line. You need to watch your mirrors because you’re the first to go in the corner. Ofcourse people will drive agressively in turn 1 lap 1 because they’re racing for first place

I hope all of this recognition may turn out to have landed you an actual drive, somewhere, sometime. You may not notice it so much because it's difficult to feel it on your own self, but these races woth the pro drivers have really helped you become a better driver. Just a few months ago you were a blabbering mess, then you were salty about getting punted, now you take it all in stride, and not only that, you're not far off the pace and showing some class skills in the process. You may not have the blistering one lap quali pace, but you're more and more consistent, gaining positions through patience and adaptability. It's not all just luck. When you drive past and through that many incidents and yet somehow get yourself up to the podium despite starting in the middle of the pack, it stops being a coincidence. Keep on trucking. Getting old or not, it's never too late to at least try to go after something you care about.

Hi Jimmy! On the 12th June, GUM Garage, a racing organisation I race with are holding a 2hr endurance race on LFS and you need the series 2 version in order to race. More details are on their discord and it would be brilliant to have a professional sim racer participate in the race! The race is on Friday the 12th June and warmup is at 21:00 CET (20:00 London time) and the race starts 15 minutes later! I will also be streaming it so just thought I'd mention it and see what you think Jimmy!

Not gonna lie. I found your channel about a week or so before these big races like this and the 24h came about and it’s one of the coolest things I’ve seen. I think it’s really awesome that people have come together to do this kind of thing during these difficult times. I’ve been watching competitive gaming for years but there’s not exactly professional crossover for something like Call of Duty with actual soldiers or Rocket League with football players, and I have no clue what would go with League of Legends or Dota. Plus with racing it gets rid of the controller or keyboard which is great for bringing in professional drivers so they don’t have that big level of disconnect. The only real disconnect is the part of the brain that knows there’s no real consequences. It’s just an incredible thing to see and I’m really glad that you were able to be a part of that wave and I hope it continues it bigger and better things for you and everyone else!
