@@IimmanSdexterXan There are plans to put money into the estate according to planning permission given for the new housing etc. Several clauses were put in place including public access to the estate, hence the permissive footpaths we now have. democracy.durham.gov.uk/documents/s24224/ democracy.durham.gov.uk/documents/s57650/ It was heartbreaking to see something of history going to ruin.. those buildings and their surroundings need preserved.
