My husband, who is not Haitian, loves La Bouille.. with it cooling down in my state, I told him I would learn how to make it so he can have it in the mornings. My mom has taught me to make this at least twice, but I keep forgetting 😫

I really appreciate the share of this recipe, I remember this treat as a kid. I really appreciate the technique of toasting the flour. I am going to adopt this skill. I am also happy to get to try these recipes at age 48, all haitiens I know tend to make this via secrecy, and l only get to enjoy this when they feel like making it. Now I have a new passion for cooking. Thanks again for sharing sis! 🍴👍👏😊
