I had that short rib too and I loved it… I liked the sweetness from the sauce and risotto mixed with the saltiness of the meat. It was definitely my favorite of any of the holiday offerings I had

It took 30 min to get seated at my reservation for Lamplight Lounge once I checked in a few weeks ago. 😩 so disappointing!

That seems to be the short rib that used to be at River Belle. Just didn’t come with risotto. Carrot and tots.
