Lamzu Atlantis Mini Review... Better XM1 or just another claw grip clone?

I think there's a miss leading measurement on the Atlantis OG and maybe the mini as well. The width of the mouse affect my flicks a lot, and I got the Atlantis cos it seemed a good upgrade to my former main, the XM1r. But the Atlantis felt huge compared to XM1, so I measured the Grip Width (the middle points where the center of my thumb rests) and I got 63-62mm, which is the width of large mice. I just wanted to mention this point out, since it's important I believe. And I'm still testing out the mouse, and I can tell that my aim has changed because of the width, especially when wrest aiming.

Gary, I have to say I have been in the market for a claw/fingertip mouse that has shockingly good Chinese sweatshop build quality and does not require me to take out a loan that would be labeled as suspicious by my bank for a while now. Through my patience, a mouse finally arrived. Another beautiful video with immaculate quality as always. After finishing this video, I can safely say that I have found the mouse I have been looking for since time began, all thanks to you. Your tech reviews truly are good enough.

Love your videos mate, I just want to add that the black version of this mouse has a very nice coating. The only "flaw" I found with the original lamzu was I felt the coating felt very "hard plastic" and not very comfortable. But if anyone thought similar things and found themselves not wanting to use the mouse because of it.... Try the black one, it's almost a perfect mouse imo

what are you referring to with the XM2we sensor outperforming the Lamzu's sensor? my google fu is failing me

based on some testing done by other channels like hausgaming, the xm2we's 3370 with its chip implementation ever so slightly outperforms the lamzu atlantis' more generic implementation of the 3395 in terms of latency. but please bear in mind we're grasping at straws here, literal milliseconds of difference that are mostly inconceivable to humans.

Appreciate you stepping in here, got there before I did 🤣 Yeah the gaps are marginal, i mean, even between #1 and #20 on the market for latency we're still talking like 3-5ms but objectively on a page, I just wanted to make the point that the lower spec sensor, doesn't mean a lower spec product necessarily in a super simplified format. I try to leave the detail to other creators who do it better and specialise in breaking it down for folks who want to get technical.

I'm mainly a fingertip player so I'm always going to pick the smaller option, but if you claw and have larger hands then the OG is probably going to offer more stability

Technically the HTS+ is the better mouse,. especially with 4k polling, but I think I performed better on the lamzu mini shape oddly
