Lan Yan is a catalyst "melee" anemo shielder that scales of ATK? something tells me Retracing Bollide is going to work really well with her(extra shield strength and extra damage while shielded for basic and charged attacks). Also, glad to see you back

On this account specifically I just havent used that many resources on it yet. It was a no wish account at first so I didnt have very many characters to build. But I just use resin on mora/exp laylines whenever I need it

I chose Yanfei as my free 4 star this year, My "mostly" wishless account (accidentally did a 10pull like a week ago) I was lacking in Catalyst characters so I figured I'd get one. I remember seeing people hit like 100k plus with her so I figured her Main dps potential is almost the same as Gaming.

Gaming pumps out way more damage with way less effort but she is significantly easier to play and also more versatile so there's that

@juicethekidd5886 idk how much dmg a hyper invested gaming will do, I've only seen people hit about 100k with him when co-oping, but I have seen hyper invested Yanfeis hitting around 117k in Co-op before so that's why I think damage might be similar. My yanfei can currently hit just right under 50k using an R5 mapping mare eith lvl talents, 68 crit rt and 145 crit dmg. I don't gave gaming so I dont know what he can hit at similar investment.

@@MrMonklad search up gameplay videos then, you'll see the damage for yourself, it's ultimately up to who you want to play though, personally I love both characters, but it's annoying to play gaming since most enemies are mobile so I'd still suggest yanfei despite his crazy damage

@@MrMonklad for the record, gaming hits more than that at a similar investment, my c0 lvl 80 gaming with a subpar build had hit more than that and I was using Bennett, rosaria and zhongli. My Bennet wasnt even c5 yet

@ I'll keep that in mind, I'm sure when I finally decide to actual start wishing on my account I'll get him eventually and ill have give him a thorough try. BTW do you use Cloud retainer with Gaming? I hear that's his best support character and honestly momma bird looking fine I think I'll definitely get her eventually when I start wishing on my account.

For the 12-1-1 You could try applie cryo to the boss and let the Bomb melt for massive dmg

You should really focus on leveling before artifacts!

I should and that’s what I also recommend. But they were doing negative damage without artifacts so I wanted something to put there as a place holder.
