She used to live in a trailer park in New Jersey. When she says she didnt have money, she doesnt mean her family didnt have the money, she was talking about herself in her early 20s.

+Avery Biederwolf And people still feel the need to make out that her family financed her musical career which they didn't she really worked from the bottom to get to where she is now

+Avery Biederwolf I would love a link or something talking about this if you know where you got the info from? I'm doing a Thesis at University about musical personas and Lana is one of them. I would be very appreciative! Thanks :)

If you read a chunk of her wikipedia, she hung around in miami a lot and kind of got the cuban vibe and wanted to have that reflected in her somehow. And it's a cool name.

uh no, her real name is Elizabeth Grant.

cuz he's an example of someone who has worked form the ground up, and has been allowed to write what he wants and release what he wants organically. He's selling so the theory that you have to MAKE a pop personality/performer is not true.

I think the real controversial thing about this video is that lana has a very very strange finger on her left hand, shorter than all the others. thats what we should be worried about here O.o

lana worked from the ground up she was singing in dive bars for ages for crying out loud so I'm not sure if your criticising lana criticising ed sheeran or complimenting lana or complimenting ed sheeran and what types of views do you mean

@Bak3dB3an12 жыл бұрын
There's always a controversial thing that happens to push people and get people talking. I think because Ed Sheeran isn't gnna sell out like that then he's working hard doing gigs before he gets the types of views she's getting right now. They both have great music anyway, but sometimes scandals pop out to boost them haha Even Dappy admitted it on radio with is willy hangin out hah

Oddly enough I have problems with her but listening to the song ultraviolence which I stood up for her with a friend because my friend said it was glorifying domestic violence when she didn't even write the line he hit me and I felt like a kiss, I actually wrote the male side I guess you could say even though I'm female, playing off it and I just reread it and I would definitely record it with her it talks about the man just wanting 5 minutes of silence silence and how it led to all that ultraviolence violence, lol, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt with the things I don't like her for but I just think that it's funny that the one person that I have issues with that the celebrity cuz I normally don't care at all about celebrities is the one person I would totally redo song with LOL
