u need remove the extra skin because after losing that much weight,... she lost weight so fast, so in my experience, its impossible for the skin to go back that fast.

​@alexm49066 I've lost 50+ lbs since June of 2023 (I hit my "goal weight" last June - so, within one year), and I still have loose skin almost 6 months later. It's most noticeable around my abdominal area, but I also feel as though my thighs/butt are not as toned as I'd like them to be. I've been working out 4-5x a week to try to tighten up, which made some difference, but I know my body will never look the same as it did during my 20's. I'm just trying to focus on how I feel in regards to my overall physical and mental health/wellbeing vs obsessing over the differences in how my body looks now. It can be challenging, but I'm trying to stay positive. My point was just that, yes, loose skin could definitely be an issue that may or may not require various surgeries. I'm around the same age as Lana, so I just wanted to share my own experience/2 cents. I think she looks great and wish her every happiness in her new marriage! 💕
