I think she might’ve stopped getting new fillers since 2021, hence she refers to them now as natural. However when you’re frequently getting fillers for years, usually it takes a looong time for the hyaluron to metabolize, making it last for years. Sweet jesus, so many comments on taylor! As an OG swiftie and a plastic surgery enthusiast I've spent A LOT of time on analyzing Taylor's procedures. And here's what I see -- Blepharoplasty Nose job, Chin augmentation Veneers (multiple iterations) Lip filler Possibly a very small amount of cheek filler or that could just be the loss of the overall baby fat Another chin augmentation (sometime around midnights release) this time thy added a bit more height to her chin which I ABSOLUTELY didn't like. I'm in split minds about an upper lip lift. I dont think she's had a brow lift like some people seem to think. She's pretty much always had that cat like canthal tilt and swept up browns since even before she released the debut if you look at her high-school pictures.

A lot of cosmetic surgery has a homogenizing effect but those brow lifts seems to really give women a similar look, even more so than other surgeries. And I actually don't find that procedure all that subtle at all. A lot of famous women look like a relation of Kendal Jenner now. It's definitely pretty but it feels a bit dated, maybe.
