This battle was in my school vr game, which had a different outcome (the fight went normal until the Z move bit, which due to Goalius ultra aura frequency was acting the same as Lana Z stone it amplified that by a factor of 11 and it made Levthiathen from Final Fantasy 16 look like a water snake)

the scene that I interested in this pokemon battle, is when guzma told golisopod grabbed lana's primarina by the tail. this is because primarina cannot move quickly on land very well because of her lower body is a mermaid tail, which is her main weakness. the 1st thing is: any stronger pokemon's on land can have the advantage against primarina when there is no body of water nearby to help her. the 2nd: is that any pokemon's with a soundproof ability and the move: throat chop, will have the advantage against primarina, if her movesets is a full sound-based moves. the 3rd is: the pokemon's will grab primarina by the tail and lift her up to prevent her from escaping from them. as she is hopelessly dangling in the air trying to get her tail out from their grip but it is futile. the 4th: once the pokemons grab primarina's tail and prevent her from escaping, they will damage her with super effective moves namely: poison, grass and electric types, as they will continue damaging primarina with those moves, as primarina cannot use her voice because the pokemon's using throat chop on her to preventing it or they immune her voice through soundproof and she cannot escape as long the pokemon's keep holding her tail on their grasp and never let go of her tail and sometimes, they will slam her to the ground when holding her tail to take more damage on her. once the pokemon's done brutally torturing primarina with super effective moves, they will let go of her tail, ending the battle.

We say this is brutal,and it is. But this is how 90% of us play the game normally. (In competitive at least) Use moves to completely prevent the opponent from being able to fight. Then spam super effective moves until GG.
