I think it is great for what it was designed for.. The solar package is pretty good for a smaller unit like that Was impressed with the slide out tray... I have an idea for all bed storage...I would just put drawers in the foot of bed so easy access, no struts, and motion lights there so when your hunting you have light. I can look it up but how big are you fresh water tank & gray & black...may need a portable tote and collapsible water supply. But all in all , I (Rob) am really impressed...I think it's perfect for a trip to Alaska.
@TheRoadSMITHS7 ай бұрын
Thanks. The tank sizes are decent for a rig this small. 45 fresh 40 black and 40 grey. Like the idea of the drawer but this rig has the I command system. (Actually wish it did not) and the command module is at the foot of the bed. We typically keep the stuff we don’t need very often under the bed. Love how they reinforced the struts.

We think its laid out pretty well. Would have done the Bathroom and Bedroom a little different but not a show stopper. Tons of storage for a "little one". It will be challenging but since we are keeping our 310.....if all else fails we will jettison the Lance and go back to our "safe space'. haha. On the icemaker its a Silonn. What I read its that there is only a few makers and they re-brand them since they look very similar. The bullet shaped cube are the most economical...the ones that make square or "sonic" ice...are much more. We have used it once and in an hour made ice for drinks for a few days. Will keep you posted.

Congratulations on your soon to be new grandchild. We have the Lance 2375 which is perfect for two. During your tour I noticed a lot of "too small" comments (they made me chuckle). There is a notable difference between the 2075 and the 2375, that's why we went with the 2375. We are very happy with our unit (I think you'd be happier with the 2375, but time will tell). I do have one tip for the deep storage areas, Amazon has a foldable grabber(36 inch) that"s lightweight and fits in small spaces. Thanks for sharing your tour on your new Lance!!
@TheRoadSMITHS7 ай бұрын
Yes...we did like the 2375 and before we purchased our Alliance, I was leaning toward the Lance 2465. We also like the 1985...but the distinct bedroom in the 2075 was better for us over the 1985. Couple of reasons on the 2075...1.) the other couples that we were going to go to Alaska with all had smaller rigs with no slide and we did not want to be the one that woke up one morning and said..."we cant leave because our slide wont go in" now we know thats a small chance but Schwintek slides can be finicky and number 2.). this was a 2022 holdover so we go the full warranty at really good price and to get in that same price range in a 2375 we would have to go several years old and used. w/o warranty. We figured if Airstream people could go without a slide...we would try as well. We will see how it goes...haha. Thanks for the tip on the grabber...that will help with the cubby space.

Thanks...we do like the Wayfarers and the Renegade Vienna as well....we looked at both but since we had the Truck already this made more sense...and we got it for pre-owned price with the warranty of new since it was a holdover. I hope you have better luck with your 2075 than I did with my 2021 Lance 2075. I know Lance has made some improvements, including replacing the cheap thermofoil countertops and using the Morryde storage slide instead of the cheap plastic slide it previously used in the 2075. Mine had a host of nuisance issues from the beginning (e.g., stove never would boil water, door luck constantly had to be adjusted, the propane cover doesn't securely lock, the shower leaked, and electrical issues) and the dealer experience was horrible. I sold it a year and a half ago and purchased an Oliver Elite II and have had no issues. Good luck with it. Maybe I just had a COVID build.

I currently have a 2017.5. Lance 1685 and have started checking out the 2075 because it does not have a slide. Lance makes a pretty good trailer even though they were purchased a few years ago and are no longer an independent company. A lot of the problems mentioned on the Lance Owners Forum are related to the slide outs,,, called “through bolts” and / or Z bars modifications to help strengthen the large , heavy slide outs that Lance uses. Without the slide out , U can avoid a lot of potential problems. Good Luck and Happy Camping!
@TheRoadSMITHS7 ай бұрын
We liked the 1685, the 1985 and the 1995 as well....with the slide seems roomier in some respect but the clear delineation of the bedroom is nice in the 2075. Slides are great until they aren't. Haha. Although in our Alliance with 3 slides, the slide we thought would have failed us, the Schwintek, has been fine...it was one of the hydraulic slides that did. Because we were going to go to Alaska with 3 other couples, and the rigs they were taking did not have slides, we did not want to be the ones to say....."hey we cant leave yet because our slide wont go in" Yes Lance is no longer independent but The REV Group does make good products in the other classes of product...Renegage, Fleetwood, American Coach,Holiday Rambler etc. so still good bones at the parent. I have seen your name on the Lance FB page so hope to communicate with you more...and fell free to ping us on the 2075. There is another YT channel called Idaho Voyager who have a 2021 (I think..or maybe a 2020) 2075 and they have been a good source of information as well.

@TheRoadSMITHS7 ай бұрын
Haha...we liked the 2375 as well....and I guess I should clarify..the 2075 is 25 feet form hitch to bumper...but the "box" is just over 20 feet so the 2375 is still longer and you have a slide in it. But yes its all relative...we went from a big house for a 35foot fifth wheel with 3 slides to a 21 foot trailer with no slide ( we are keeping our fifth wheel though for now). Pam thinks it my way to get her down to a tent...haha...not thats not that case. Think this is the smallest we would go. I understand your position but please understand a few things, our videos take about 15-20 Hours per week to shoot, edit, and publish. We make very little from You Tube ad revenue. We never did this for the money, it was for documenting our travels, hopefully inspiring others and a creative outlet. We only promote products that we have used and are happy with with. We purchased our first RV Mattress 2 years ago and have been very happy with it, it was not provided, so when we purchased this smaller rig they offered to provide a mattress to us in exchange for a few placement videos. I always ask people if you think Tiger Woods really drove a Buick, or Matthew McConaghay really drove a Lincoln...I thnk we know the answer is likely no....we only recommend products that we use and are satisfied with. In essence we think thats better for the manufacturer and their perspective customers since they are seeing reviews from people that really do use the product. Now we are aware that some channels will take anything for a video....we are not one of those. We hope that makes sense. Thanks.
