I've never gotten the impression that Justin dislikes the other guys or thinks he's too good to hang out with them. He's probably just busy with his own solo stuff and family life, which is understandable. But if there ever is an NSYNC reunion, I hope they do it without him (the Coachella performance already proved that's possible). Because otherwise, it'll inevitably turn into "Justin Timberlake's band", with his stardom overshadowing everyone else. JC was always the best singer anyway, and I'd love to hear the other three get solos as well. And then maybe they could even do a tour with other groups/artists like Backstreet, 98 degrees & NKOTB have done. I'm sure the fans would love that.

I really think Justin has an issue with being seen by the masses with NSYNC. It's not that he doesn't like the members or whatever but I really do think they grew a part and they're more like friends these days than like brothers TO HIM and he doesn't want people thinking that there's a reunion happening if they all just so happen to be together for a day or something. Whereas I think the rest of the members stayed really close he drifted away from most of them and it's harder still for him to feel comfortable reconnecting. Which, at this point, I think the members should just move onto projects without him if he's not interested. He doesn't have to be, but they shouldn't have to hold out on working together again just because he doesn't wanna join in on it.
